Comments:
After seven undefeated games of ping pong with David and Michael Shapiro, I met Jeff Elias and Jack Rudnick at GDS. We ran around the parking lot for four minutes in case of late comers and then set off on crime scene loop. Pace was comfortable and the final mile from Ward was 7:42ish. I actually stretched afterwards. A good moderate effort that felt neither great nor lousy. Nice to run with hoppers.
