Floppity flop

Comments:
Planned to do 17 but bailed :/ Out and back Western then looped around GDS for a bit since I overshot timing, ate a gu right before starting out with Rhianna, Julia, Abe and Anthony on the star loop. Company was so wonderful and really enjoyed the part of loop I did but around 12 started not feeling good. Need to get back into drinking and eating with runs over 90 mins. Also holding back the first half of long runs, not quite in shape yet. Will see how I feel later today if I want to shake out 3 to get to 17, we'll see if it's worth it. A very very happy new year to all of you!
