Hills!

Exercise Type: Run

If we didn't get this in last week, would still benefit if we got it in today. Otherwise, rest of week is easy peasy!!

After a couple easy miles,
I'd like to try and find a steady hill with maybe a 2 to 3% incline that you can climb if for at least 2 minutes.

After you push hard for 2 min, just turn around and jog or walk down for recovery...
Would like to get 6 of these in.
Focus on good form, high knees and quick feet!

Finish with a mile cooldown...


I know these type of workout seem silly but this will serve you well for next week.!
