Run moderate pace 6 min (see if you can give me splits on the moderates)
Jog 5 min easy(with some short walks if need be)
Run 5 min moderate


Do this all the way down to 1 min run/1 min jog

When I say moderate pace I'm only looking for a notch faster than easy as we transition back into things.... nothing crazy!!
