Comments:
looked way too rainy to go out, so ran inside and looked out the window and thought about my regrets (including not running outside unfortunately)
calves felt fine, surprisingly. did a lot of strength after (lunges, arm strength, plank progression, push up progression, crunch progression, clams, lunges, PLL, calf raises)
