Looking for 8 miles!
Very similar to what I wanted you to do Sunday only shorter.
I'd like us to really push the first 5 miles with as much running as possible. Maybe .5 mile run/ .1 mile walk.
Mile 6 you can back down to .25 mile run/.1 walk
And then I want the last 2 miles to be your choice and doing what you can to get sone fast miles in. You are at a point in your fitness where you know how your body is feeling and if you can push or really need to back down . Ultimately this is a run where we want to get as much race pace stuff in as possible without overdoing it!
If everything is going well and you feel good, can always shoot for one last easy mile to make 9, but certainly not required!!
