Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Practice at UDC today. Only had two lanes for an hour so partnered up and one person did planks/crunches while the other person swam. The water was freezing and we didn't swim that much, but I'm exhausted now for some reason. Also, just so that looking back, I don't think I was really lazy the last month, I have been swimming some over break and before. I just have been really bad about logging.
