31 bicep curls, both arms at once (20 total lbs.)
50 squats (30 total lbs.)
50 calf raises on stair step
41 push-ups
40 leg lifts
50 or 60 crunches (somehow lost track)
100 total cherry-pickers
Also did some stretching
