Felt pretty good. However had to do these on my own because I had a driving lesson so that wasn't fun. Decent pacing I would say but wish I could have done this with the guys. Just combined my 400s-1200 but splits were (1:08,1:13,1:10) 300s (52,53,53) 200s (36,33,32
