Comments:
Do not want this to be too hard with race coming up,
But am looking for a one mile warm up,
Then 2 miles at tempo pace, nothing crazy. ( maybe low 8's or sub 8 if feeling really good)
Take a break for a couple minutes,
Finish 1 mile easy pace...
