Comments:
Today, I raced the mile and 800 at Hillsdale. Since, I had a cold the races felt pretty rough from the dry indoor track. Time-wise I didn't do great, but I feel like I raced pretty well. It was nice to run the shorter distances again and I think in a few weeks time, I'll be in even better shape to break 4:40.
