Didn't run the FLRC Winter Chill 5k because, well, did you look at the temperature outside today. Personally, I'd prefer NOT to race outside in that weather, which also includes getting up earlier.
Anyway, I put in a solid 10 minutes of jump roping, then did some lifting and abs:
2x20 overhead dumbbell press (20 total lbs.)
30 bicep curls, both arms at once (20 total lbs.)
40 leg lifts
50 crunches
200 total cherry-pickers
50 calf raise on stair step, both legs at once
30 push-ups
