Bad workout

I was doing so well too. We were supposed to do 6x1mile repeats out at the Coast Guard Park by the lake at the end of MLK. I felt great through 3 but my hip acted up and kinda ruined the rest of my workout. It sucks cuz I was feeling great too and I knew I could have finished strong. I also like this particular type of workout which made it worse. I took an ice bath after and felt much better though. My legs lost all their soreness and are generally feeling 10 times better than before. I need to keep this up after most workouts even if I'm there a long time some nights.

30 pushups.
NO dips though. (Bad)
