Weather: low 20s
Comments:
I have a good amount of homework due tomorrow, which gave me a reason not to go out for a 5+ mile run. Instead, I just ran with my dog around Westhaven Road. My breathing was really quick; the cold was making my lungs hurt. It was not pleasant, so a longer run wouldn't been even worse. Although it was short, it was a hilly run. Got back and did some plyometric box jumping, and 30 push-ups. Oh, and I used a resistance band and did some wrist strengthening...you know, so I can improve my range in basketball. Not running related.
Still working on my XC recap/Indoor Track/Outdoor Track Preview for the Tattler.
Update: I've gained 5 pounds in the past two months. I'm up to just under 105 lbs. now.
