Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran on the treadmill for the first time since the summer. The rest of the day after my run, my left leg felt numb/tingly. It felt like my hip, quad, calf and arch were all connected. My mom said that there might be some nerve pinching in my hips or something. I rolled out a bunch but it didn't help much. Later in the day I was laying down and I bend my knees up and in my left knee I couldn't easily bent it all the way and it felt like something was pulling in the outer bottom side.
