Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Major pain the left leg. Stress fracture AND knee pain. Ouch-ed it back the final 2 miles and it took 30 minutes to walk that far. Not good. I felt fine right up to that point and then the pain kicked in.

UPDATE: Tendinitis sucks.
