Comments:
What awful weather. I had a hard time getting much traction or grip at all, and it made me run significantly slower. Still made myself get out for a run though. Ran first with my dog, then ventured down West Hill and down State St, then turned back home. Running back up West Hill via Elm St. is always tiring, because it's over a mile up a steep hill, so although it wasn't that long of a run I still pushed myself. I logged it separately, even though I didn't stop before it. Got back and did some upper body lifting, abs, and some plyometrics.
