Comments:
I ran a 20 minute warmup, 7x200 (200 jog between), 4x400 (400 jog between), and a 10 minute cool down. It was pretty brutal and my splits were kind of sporadic, but I survived the workout. I had to use the bathroom after the 5th 200, so I added one extra one. The indoor track was pretty dry, but overall I survived and completed the workout alone... since I have class on mondays... I ran around a lot of old people too.
