Comments:
After my really short run, I got in 20 minutes on the StairMaster in my basement, and put it at the highest speed setting. I was planning on only doing 10 minutes, but then decided to do 20. It was a really good workout for the amount of time I spent doing it. It's a good substitute for hill training, although nothing is completely like a real hill. I was sweating like crazy. I also did a little bit of American history reading while I was at it, but I had trouble focusing.
