I ran 1.5 miles from Gunson to Jension, a 20 minute warmup, 10x200 (alittle less than mile pace) with 200m jogs, and a 20 minute cool down. Overall I felt a little tired at the end of the workout, but I felt pretty good for the most part. My legs are gonna hurt from all the miles on Jenison, but it was overall a success.
