Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Started w a Boynton mile then we did a good 30 min warm up. Then we did some accelerations on the infield. felt really good. Focused on quality, not quantity. Took the recovery easy like Weishaar said so I could have better accelerations. I would catch up to the guys every time after I would fall back on the cooldown. felt good to get the legs moving finished with a 2 lap cool down and abs. Later I stretched and rolled.
