If anybody knows what this is, please contact me. Fine run. Started out very fast, got to 7:30 before the CCT. Aaron and I decided that doing 7- 7:20 would be imprudent the day before a meet, so we slowed down and that felt better. Stretching break because of persistent calf tightness, but felt much better after that. There were some moments on this one where I felt really in shape, so that was good.
