Comments:
Running the FLRC Winter Chill 5k tomorrow. Went to the SU basketball game today, and got back before dinner so didn't have a lot of time to exercise. Also I had just had some food beforehand. Anyway, went on the Arc Trainer and StairMaster, at full resistance and speed, jump roped, and then did some plyometric box jumps. Just to get my legs moving. Then did 32 push-ups later before going to bed
