Comments:
First part of this run sucked I just wanted it to be over with and I considered cutting the run short. I started when it was pitch black out and I was freezing cold because I didn't wear enough clothes. Anyways I just started cruising at the halfway point after starting the first 4 miles or so at 7:30 pace. Finished and did drills and strides.
