Comments:
**took me 7.5 miles to feel warmed up and legs not burning...middle miles were rough...didn't totally follow the plan but i got them done and a negative split lol..i know why i love the half distance...5k and 10k isn't long enough for me to like running yet lol
10 miles..
I want the first 5 miles to be pretty steady and at a moderate pace. But I would start close to 11 pace.
Mile 6 can be pretty easy and a time to walk, get fuel, water etc.
The last 4 miles are really whatever you have in you. You are gaining your momentum back so this is definitely a run we want to push if possible and body allows!!
