Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Would like to get some speed in today if body is responding well after the race..
We will call these light 400's.;) or can also choose to do 2 min. Fast pickups.
Run 1 or 2 mikes easy,
Then run .25 miles at a moderately faster pace (or can also do 2 min)
Jog easy 2 min or .25 mikes and let's do 6 total of these.
Really I'm just looking for some change of pace. If you feel good and can hit a couple in the 6's that would be great, but don't need this to be killer speed.
