good weather.little chilly. run at needwood, then workout at magruder then run back to needwood. crazy morning. felt good. i went 72-78..so good pace. it was light speed workout so ..i feel ready for wednesday now. i have to go 16:40. goal is .1st mile 5:15, then 10:46ish then 16:40. i will see how it goes.:)
