Comments:
Ran a little race today! Never expected to go fast, mainly did it to establish for legitimacy for track club. Breathing felt really bad before but raced anyways. I ran slow but I didn't really mind. A year ago this would be a 20 second PR. Plus I did my first 40 mile week this week. Definitely felt like I could have run harder too. Overall glad I went.
