supposed to be an easy run but decided a little more up tempo because i missed the meet on Saturday because im stupid. felt good ran with mask again on level 2.5 ran with music as well i feel that helped and took my mind off the run so i need to do that more. my foot feels 100 times better with these shoes. hoping i can run the mile this Saturday to have another chance at sub 5
