Comments:
Late log because wifi went down. Got out for a run from my dad's house, and kept it rather easy. It was also a rather hilly run, so the pace was slower. I still felt good though. At first, I got outside and it was dark and rainy, and I was just asking myself why it is that I make myself do this. After the first two miles though, I was more at peace. Got back and did some lifting and core, as well as a minute of jump roping.
