I missed my ELA Regents Exam today. ACS emailed my mom this morning to say that the exam was rescheduled to today at 1:00. I was at my dad's house, and he never received the email. I was a little confused as to why the school notified parents the morning of the exam. At least give 12 hours notice, or more. I'll have to take the exam in June. I did, however, get out for a run. Due to the snow covering all the fields, and the fact that there isn't a track nearby my dad's house, I couldn't really get in a typical interval workout. Instead, I decided to design my own. I ran 5.22 miles, and for each mile I went at a little bit slower than my usual pace for .8 miles, then picked it up for the last .2. I logged the .2 mile intervals as speed, even though they weren't my fastest. It felt good, although my body still isn't used to faster training, yet. Got back and did some lifting, core, and stretching.
