Comments:
Half mile repeats on CCT today. Ran with snickerdoodles (Abby and Annalise). The first one felt really good, and so did the second one. I felt very in control on the second one. On the third one, I tripped on something and then just generally felt meh (added 10 seconds because I was behind) and then on the last one I got a horrible cramp in my side which was frustrating.
All in all fine workout, nice stretch and iced ankle after feeling like I tweaked in on 3rd interval.
