Weather: warm and sunny

Comments:
first day running in a while. Felt great. Ran with Naomi the whole way, so it was a gentle pace--which was fine because I didn't want to over do it. I think I'll be inside the rest of the week and try for a mildly long run of about 10 miles on saturday or sunday. I'd like to start running 2 days a week--one hard and one long-- with inside stuff the rest of the time.
