Comments:
Slept 10.5 hours last night and still took 2 naps today. I struggled to get up from the second one and by the time I did it was close to sunset so I ran indoors, which was a shame because the weather was nice. Felt kinda crappy. I'll do a long run tomorrow. No 40 miles but I'll do it next week.
