No long run this week so am trying to cram as many other components into the week as possible.

Run 1 mile fast anything close to 7 would b great
But paces obviously depend on weather, terrain etc.

Rest 3 minutes.
Let's get 4 total in.

This is a great chance to work on 5k and 10k speed. If you run hard enough, you should need the 3 min rest in between!
