Comments:
I did a 3 mile warmup, 4x200, 2x600, 4x200, and a 1.5 mile cooldown. The workout was mostly successful, but the 600s were off pace. I had to use the bathroom after the 1st 600 so that threw me off. But I did very well on the 200s, especially since I was weaving from inside to outside through walkers. It wasn't super pretty, but I got the workout done and now I'm absolutely exhausted. Recovery will be necessary tomorrow lol.
