After the 20 minutes on the StairMaster at full speed:
30 overhead dumbbell presses (25 total lbs.)
20 rows each side (12.5 lbs.)
20 bicep curls, both arms at once (25 lbs.)
50 leg lifts
100 total cherry-pickers
60 crunches
20 squats (30 lbs.)
1 minute running arms (8 lbs. each arm)
30 push-ups
plyometric box jumping
50 calf raises on stair step, both legs at once
Felt solid. Good work put in.
