Would like you to somehow in someway get 8 miles in.
We need to get some more runs in where you are on your feet for more than an hour, so this run is a priority and I'll give you an extra day off next week if we can do it! Haha
So let's shoot for 8 miles with a .5 mile run, .1 walk pattern for the first 4 miles and then a .4 mile run, .1 walk pattern for the 2nd 4 miles
The run part does not have to be blazing. This run is more about just getting in the miles;)
