Comments:
Drove to Anthony's house and set off planning to do a little workout. We got on the CCT from an entrance I'd never seen before (lots of cool secret passageways) and did 4 800 downhill pickups and then ran back up Dorset hill :'(. 3:50, 3:35, 3:30, 3:17. I felt tired, and the pickups took more out of me that I would have liked. Oh well! I'll probably take a lighter day tomorrow. Great to see Anthony before I head back to school this afternoon!
