Exercise Type: Elliptical
Comments:
Had a long day and didn't get to eat much. Was planning to cross train anyway, but I need to make sure that I stay hydrated and nourished going forward. I'm usually very good at that, but today just didn't work out well. I biked with Will for ten minutes then ellipticaled with Ana for the next 30 mins. Felt fine, and we did heal-toe walks afterwards. Looking forward to Saturday and running ALL FOUR LAPS of my race (this time).
