I'm going to Ottawa tomorrow, and not sure how much running I'll get in, so I got out for a longer run today. I took my dog out first for a little over 2 miles, then headed down West Hill and ran around downtown, and then did a lap at the IHS track and ran through Stewart Park. The pace felt good. I've noticed that I usually feel my most warmed up after about 5 or more miles. Got back and did some lifting and abs.
