8x425 strathmore hill loop with 2 mins rest; inadvertently made it a little longer than last year. Felt like I got a lot out of the workout, got pretty hard the last two. Worked the hill well with martin. All loops were around 80-81. Then 8x100 barefoot striders on the upper field
