Comments:
Got some running in on the treadmill at the Sheraton Hotel in Ottawa after ice Skating. Made sure to get to 30 miles for the week. I've noticed that I run faster on the treadmil because I'm reacting to the machine, as opposed to controlling my pace when I'm running outside.
Did some overhead dumbbell presses afterwards (30 total llbs.), 51 leg lifts, 200 total cherry-pickers, and 31 push-ups.
