Brebeuf Hard Workout

Weather: Chilly, Overcast

Comments:
Did weights and ran a one mile warm-up. Then ran 3 one-mile laps without break in between. Pace was "tempo" (around 6:20). Afterward, we ran six 150-meter sprint repeats to work on form with three to four minutes rest in between and a one mile cooldown. Final distance was 1 + 3.2 + 0.6 + 1 = 5.8 miles.
