*got ur text mid run lol but added the mile; my asthma is giving me problems but still did ok. Definitely should have done a 2nd fuel and the first earlier but feel ok about it. Felt good to run a long one

8 to 9 miles depending on how body is feeling.
Really pace is not an issue... just trying to get some miles in.
