Comments:
Loooking for 9 miles to get you ready for gaspirilla.
Am hoping you can do it on a day where you have time and energy.

I think starting at 9ish pace would be wise and then really getting into a steady groove where you are running comfortably hard would be a very good thing.

I would take Gatorade or something with 100 calories after 4 miles.
