Weather: really nice

Comments:
20 200s at mile pace with 1 minute rest after each of the first 5, 45 seconds after each of the second 5, 30 after the 3rd five and 15 seconds rest after each of the last 5. went around 33 for all of them except 31-32 for the last 5 i felt really good.

then we did a 4 mile cut down tempo. 6:00, 5:45, 5:30, 5:15 was what we were supposed to do but i was 5 seconds fast on the third and fourth miles, so 5:25 and 5:10 instead of 30 and 15.
