Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Easy run but I wasn't feeling so great. My body just felt really tense and stiff. My arches have been bugging me for little while now, and today the pain was pretty similar to what it was during cross. It started out as a dull throb then towards the end of the run, at least in my left foot, it felt like a pull each time I took a step. The strides felt great other than the feet, but walking around hurt a good bit.
