Liberty Park. 2 miles up, stretch, strides.
1800: 5:47
1200: 3:52
800: 2:30.
Took one minute on these because I blasted the first rep way too fast. The 1200 was net downhill but a little long so it balanced out. The 800 was net uphill. 2.5 mile cool down. Felt pretty good after words.
