Bad workout

Exercise Type: Weights

This workout just felt bad from the start. I feel really week especially in my arms and my legs are definitly feeling realy tired tonight. I did all the lifts but with problems.
3x15 Clean with 75 (These wern't too bad. I really worked on my form trying to do it right. I had Johnney and the Staff guy there show me how to do them and I feel the form got better. I just hope they help me to change pace quickly at the end of miles and 5k's and stuff)

3x15 Squat to jerk with 65 (These sucked I actually had to go down in weight which was terrible and I just feel drained from the ordeal of the lifting and stuff)

Pushups x15 ( not as bad as the rest of the stuff but I definitly felt them more than I should have)

Row ups x15 (Hard as usual I just felt so tired the whole time. It sucked)

DB arm runs 20 each with 5 (This was the only thing that felt semi good. I could still pump pretty fast around sprinting pace and I felt the restisince)

Bench Dips x 15 ( Old standybys didn' feel too bad was probablt the only thing that didn't kill me)

General NOtes: Not much to say but just tired. THe rest sets fell apart and generally just didn't have a good lift today.
